The FSRA (Financial Services Regulatory Authority) is the independent regulator of financial services conducted in or from the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). It has issued one of the earliest comprehensive virtual asset frameworks in the region and supervises exchanges, custodians, fund managers, and digital asset activities inside ADGM. FSRA is the ADGM counterpart to the DFSA in DIFC and sits alongside VARA (mainland Dubai) and the federal CMA within the wider UAE regulatory map.
