He builds the legal foundations of AI, fintech and crypto companies, opens their access to the funds and investment programmes of the Gulf, and teaches lawyers at Defensible Academy to use AI in their own work. He has active matters in Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates and the European Union.

A solicitor admitted in England and Wales, working from London. She works where law meets AI, with founders, law firms and investors: EU AI Act compliance, AI governance and companies' own AI policies. She also lectures on AI. At Defensible she carries the European and UK side; the files of companies applying to programmes such as the EIC Accelerator and Horizon Europe, and the regulatory thresholds they have to clear in Europe, sit on her desk.
